Designed to offer clear span architecture,
our metal buildings are made with red-iron, and feature an I-beam
mainframe. This construction allows for efficient use of interior
space, with no internal columns. All of our metal building roof,
wall, and trim sheets are 26 gauge, and have a 30-year limited
warranty to protect against weathering, rust, and discoloration.
To provide each of our customers with the highest quality metal
building, we are committed to following the MBMA's (Metal Building
Manufacturers Association) rigid guidelines. Fewer than 7% of
metal building manufacturers meet these specifications.
We are one of the few companies in the industry to offer Raised
Center Aisle Metal Buildings. In addition to offering the strength
and beauty of our regular Straight Gable Metal Buildings, this
new breed of metal buildings features the attractive, trademark
Raised Center Aisle roofline.
Our steel buildings are meticulously designed so they can be used
in a variety of ways including hay and equipment storage, garages
and workshops, and riding arenas up to 70' wide. They can even
be used commercially. |

Our 26-gauge, colored metal
R-panels, used on the roof and wall of your building, come
with a 30-year limited warranty, the industry's highest
quality, siliconized polyester paint system, and a purlin
bearing leg for better sealing and weatherproofing. |

Our focus is on making the
erection of our structures as simple as possible. On our
metal building kits, the primary structural components feature
pre-welded clips, the materials are pre-cut, the pieces
are ready to bolt together and structural drawings and hardware
are included. |

Our buildings are strong.
All girts and purlins are manufactured from 14 gauge zee-purlins
on buildings with 25' bay spacing, and 16 gauge zee-purlins
on buildings with 20' bay spacing. These girts and purlins
are pre-punched for easy erection. Rather than butting the
purlins together at the mainframe, our purlins overlap a
minimum of 2' 3" to provide a stronger connection. |

On AmeriSteel Metal Buildings
with insulation on the walls, a 2"x 4" angle is included
in order to provide a "hard" corner where the walls intersect.
This provides a solid surface upon which the insulation
can be secured. |

All of our red iron framing
is coated with a high quality red oxide primer for protection
of the metal, easy maintenance, and a cleaner interior appearance. |
