Yes. All of our barns arrive in a kit that is very easy
to assemble. They never require heavy-duty construction
equipment such as cranes. Instead, you only need regular
tools such as a screw gun and scaffolding to put our barns
together.
Since our barns and buildings are sold in kits, you - or
a skilled contractor in your area - can easily erect them.
We provide a complete concrete layout, erection drawings
and instructions, and building hardware so there is never
any guesswork when our buildings arrive. In addition, we
can provide concrete and erection work within the Dallas-Ft
Worth, Texas area.
Our horse barns are made with galvanized construction
with support columns every 12'-on the standard designs-to
accommodate stalls.
A metal building differs from a horse barn in that the metal
building has clear-span I-beam construction. This type of
design offers plenty of room inside but is not well suited
for use as a barn because of the gap created by structural
girts.
Absolutely. This is one of the top reasons we sell clear
span metal buildings. We can build arenas up to 120' wide.
We can do a roof unit only, or a fully enclosed structure.
Talk to us about your arena needs, and we'll see what we
can create.
You can, but we don't recommend it since it's not safe
for the horses. If you want stalls, you're better off building
a true barn. Because metal buildings use clear span architecture,
there are beams inside the walls of the structure. This
makes it challenging to add stalls. When this is attempted,
a gap (8 to 12 inches) must be left between the horse stall's
rear panel and the sheeting on the outer wall of the building
(or stalls must be custom-built to fit between beams). It
is better for your horses to have a true barn and to use
the clear span metal buildings for hay or implement storage
or as a riding arena.
Because we are located in Texas, our central location
makes it possible for us to ship our barns all over the
United States and in certain circumstances, all over the
world. For more information, please contact one of our friendly
customer service representatives.
Currently, we only provide these services around the
Dallas-Ft. Worth, Texas area. Since our barns are sold in
kits, you or a local contractor can easily erect them. We
provide a complete concrete layout, erection drawings and
instructions, and building hardware so there is never any
guesswork when our buildings arrive.
We do not have any in-house financing at this time. However, we can provide
you with an itemized quote to take to your bank when the time comes. Every
bank is different with regards to their requirements for barn financing, and
we will be happy to work with you in any way possible to meet their
requirements.
